IOPRO Hardware

Sensing Node

An off the shelf, IP55 rated sensing node with 4-8 configurable inputs. This device features super low input voltages and can accept a wide variety of sensed inputs. Temperature, current, flow, digital, 0-10v or 4-20mA common inputs as well as HLI communication inputs. Simple to deploy, connect the sensor to the node, power it on and thats it. The node is online. Common uses are temperature, running, status mismatch, water leak detection, over current, over range.

Touchscreen Gateway

For situations where a User interface is required use the touchscreen gateway. The gateway is an interface to the system and allows full control, viewing and creation of alerts. Configure local alerts on temperature and the touchscreen interface will alert if an alarm condition arises. This could be AC fail, changeover fail, equipment offline, or intrusion detection.

Headless System

Still using the wireless sensing node but without a requirement for a touchscreen interface, a headless node is the answer. Simply power on the node and it is online. Connect sensors and power on, and the system is up. From here, log in to your IOPRO server or remote directly into the node for kiosk mode and configuration options. This is the most cost effective option and allows for deployment in under a minute, using existing wifi or 4G networking.

IOPRO Software

For existing hardware

IOPRO saves money by preventing waste, by optimising processes and by keeping operations on track. Many facilites already possess the hardware and the potential, but this potential does not technically exist until it is realised. IOPRO can utilise a software solution to integrate to an existing system, either on site or offsite, to improve performance. The software is unobtrusive, and does not interfere with any normal operations. It can also reside on a common protocol network.

Multi Protocol Communication

IOPRO has been tested extensively and can communicate with the majority of available protocols today. All open protocols including BACnet, Modbus, LON and KNX as well as C-BUS for lighting, SQL for software integrations and SNMP for servers. If a situation arises where a communication option is required and not available, we will build it.

Data security and Storage

IOPRO has a strategy of collecting everything, even if the data source has bugs and errors. If a value is 0, it is logged instead of ignored like other systems. Backups are kept in a common format for a period of 3 years, and always available in .pdf, .csv. or SQL format.
